Terms and Conditions:

1. This promotion is for BCDX programme only.
2. The maximum number of persons per booking is 8 guests for Dim Sum & Beyond, 12 guests for The Treasury’s set menus.
3. Booking to be made minimum three working days to the dining date; maximum four weeks prior to the dining date.
4. No direct booking between Members of the HKIB and the Club. All bookings must go through the HKIB with advance booking.
5. Once a reservation is confirmed, a reservation confirmation will be sent by HKIB via email.
6. All confirmed bookings are non-transferable.
7. All pre-paid payments are non-refundable, no cancellations can be arranged once payment is confirmed.
8. No refunds/ postponements on cancellations that are made on day of intended arrival or no show.
9. The dining voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
10. Payment for available reservation has to be completed and confirmed by HKIB within three working days, otherwise reservation will be cancelled.
11. The HKIB reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in case of any disputes.
