All confirmed bookings are non-transferable. 7. All pre-paid payments are non-refundable, no cancellations can be arranged once payment is confirmed. 8. No refunds/ postponements on cancellations that are made on day of intended arrival or no show. 9. One HKBC voucher is for ONE person only. 10. The dining voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions. 11. Payment for available reservation has to be completed and confirmed by HKIB within three working days, otherwise reservation will be cancelled. 12.
