Thank you for applying for certification of the Enhanced Competency Framework on Associate Anti-Money Laundering Professional (ECF-AAMLP). Please read below Important Notes before filling in the application form. It requires approximately 20 minutes to complete the whole application. Please ensure you have sufficient time before starting.

The application is for the Relevant Practitioner engaged by an Authorized Institution (AI) at the time of application ONLY.
Read carefully the Guidelines for Certification Application for ECF on AAMLP or CAMLP (AML-G-015) BEFORE completing this application form.
Only completed application form with all valid supporting documents, including the HR Verification Annex form, will be processed.

Eligibility of AAMLP Certification

Applicants fulfill relevant criteria may apply AAMLP Certification of ECF on AML/CFT (Core Level). Work experience is not a prerequisite.

AAMLP Certification – Option 1 *

Option 1

1. Completed the Advanced Certificate for ECF on AML/CFT training and passed the corresponding examination are eligible to apply for the certification as AAMLP which is issued by HKIB and recognized by HKMA; and

2. Employed by an AI at the time of application.

AAMLP Certification – Option 2 *

Option 2

1. Holder of the Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist certification or the International Diploma in AML awarded by the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists and the International Compliance Association; and

2. Passed the bridging training programme offered by the HKIB in collaboration with HKU SPACE; and

3. Employed by an AI at the time of application.
